Cuero, Texas

Cuero is an easy run up Highway 87 from our office, and we build here year-round. The town has beautiful older homes along Esplanade and the streets around it, plus a steady amount of new construction going up on acreage out toward Thomaston and Yorktown.

For the historic side of town, our remodeling work focuses on keeping the character — pier-and-beam repairs, original trim and window proportions, and porches rebuilt the right way — while modernizing kitchens, baths, and mechanical systems. For new builds, clients usually want a modern farmhouse with a metal roof, deep porches, and an open plan.

DeWitt County soils and the Guadalupe bottomland mean foundations and drainage get engineered, not guessed. We handle the slab, the framing, and the finish-out with the same crew start to finish.
